Make Egg Bites for a quick and easy breakfast / snack.
In a blender combine 5 eggs, ½ cup shredded cheese of your choice, ¼ cup full fat cottage cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until frothy then stir in ¼ cup either (or a mix of) bacon, ham, red pepper, broccoli, green onion, onion or mushrooms! Fill greased muffin tins and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 300F or until set.

Flaxseed meal + hot water= Keto Oatmeal.
Add boiling water to ¼ cup of flaxseed meal and stir. Add some stevia, cinnamon, nuts, nut butter, you’ll be a lot less likely to miss your usual oatmeal breakfast. Add some chia seeds or use coconut milk to thicken it up.
